Each Ballistic Silvertip Varmint bullet features a Lubalox (very thin black oxide) exterior coating which reduces fouling, pressure and friction between bullet and bore; provides longer barrel life, easier cleaning and enhanced accuracy. The ultra-thin jacket mouth assures violent expansion at either end of the velocity scale. The uniform, gradual thickening at the bullet's mid-section is designed to keep it together until impact - at any velocity. The polymer Silvertip prevents deformation in the magazine. (Command)
