DCJS PATROL RIFLE COURSE (10E) (ROANOKE)

Course Length: 16 Hours  (Excluding Exam) *This is a 2-day course, same time both days*

Course Qualification: 60 Rounds

Prerequisite: Be a minimum of 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian and a United States Citizen or legal resident alien of the United States. Successful completion of Security Officer Handgun (75E). We can rent you the rifle if necessary.

Civil/Criminal Liability, Firearm Retentions and Storage, Deadly Force, Range Safety, Principles of Marksmanship, Rifle Handling and Safety, Zeroing, Sights, Judgmental Shooting, Loading Techniques, Malfunctions, Tactical Considerations, Slings, Transitions, Ammunition, Low Light Shooting Familiarization.
